Baked Artichoke Hearts
Ingredients:
- ½ tbsp. paprika
- Pepper and salt to taste
- ¾ cup fresh bread crumbs
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 8½-ounce drained artichoke hearts cans
- Cut artichokes in half
- Place in casserole (small)
- Sprinkle 2 tbsp. oil
- Top with salt, paprika, pepper and bread crumbs
- Sprinkle remaining olive oil
- Bake in 350&grad;F oven for 30 min.
Yield 4 servings.
